These therms apply for the taxi apps taxilink, 07000, Trøndertaxi, Asker og Bærum Taxi, Drammen Taxi, Nordhordland Taxi and Taxi 03650 who are in effect one and the same - all users are registered in one common customer register.

In order to provide you with this application we need to collect and gather some personal information about our users.
To protect your data we manage all personal information in terms of the Personal Data Act.

Data registered by you as a user is stored and used for the following purpose:

• The supply of transportation services with additional services such as trip history, receipts, voluntary participation in a reward program and invoicing.
• Documentation required by law in terms of the accounting act and particular regulations for the company.
• Documentation to defend the taxi companies own economical interests in terms of current laws about claims.
• Marketing, marketing research and customer follow-up.
• We will not hand out personal information to other parties, but reserve the right to use third-parties to deliver services.
• These third-parties are also subject to the conditions as specified by the Terms of Service.
• taxilink utilizes cookies and analysis tools.
• The information collected will only be used to analyze the use of the solution to uncover potential for improvement.
• We will never store any information that can identify you personally.
• The information will be stored as long as it is a necessary part of providing the services that taxilink contain.
• The taxi company that is in charge of the booking has the responsibility for the data that has been gathered.
• You may contact the taxi company in order to access, correct or delete the data in question. Information stored on the premise of law will not be corrected or deleted.
• By registering a payment card in one of our apps it can be used as means of payment with all the taxi companies connected to the apps. Likewise you will receive receipts by e-mail from all our colaborating taxi companies also when you use the in-app-registered card for payment in the bank terminal in the car.
